My new favorite 'go to' trailer meal!
Using prepared Boboli pizza rounds or Nann, it only takes small amounts of ingredients to quickly toss together a really tasty pizza - 5 minutes on the grill and it's ready!
So far, I've done several veggie versions with a basil pesto and mozzarella base, a Hawaiia, and a pepperoni mushroom with a tomato sauce base. Next I may try a base of olive pate I got a few weeks ago at the Olive Farm in Mesa AZ.

Avacadoes, zucchini, onions, fresh sliced tomatoes, mushrooms all work!
